Basic Requirements

Background Check Clearance
Standard criminal background check required before onboarding. We work in private homes and sensitive situations.
Cleaning / Restoration Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, biohazard, hoarding, or property restoration preferred.
Valid Government-Issued ID
Driver's license or state ID required. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable Communication
You must be reachable by phone and respond to job offers promptly. Dispatchers need to be able to count on you.
Smartphone & Transportation
You need a smartphone to receive and manage jobs, and reliable transportation to reach job sites in your area.
1099 / Independent Contractor Status
EC partners with 1099 contractors only. You operate as an independent business, not an employee. SSN or EIN required for payment.
