No. The Fresh Start Savings Program is a prepaid savings plan — not a loan, not financing. No interest, no credit check, no debt. You save at your own pace and credits pay for the work when you're ready.
What if I need to cancel?+
You can cancel anytime. If you want a refund, we return your credit balance minus a small program fee. Many clients prefer to apply their credits to whatever scope of work fits what they've saved.
What if the price changes before my project starts?+
We check in at milestones (25%, 50%, 90% funded) to keep the estimate accurate. Before any work starts, we do an onsite walk-through to finalize everything. No surprises.
Can I change my monthly amount?+
Yes — anytime. Just let us know and we'll update your plan. You can increase or decrease your monthly payment to fit your budget.
Can someone else contribute to my plan?+
Absolutely. Family or friends can call us and we'll manually post a payment to your account. A shareable payment link is coming soon.
