Is this a loan or financing?
No. The Fresh Start Savings Program is a prepaid savings plan, not a loan or financing. There is no interest, credit check, or debt. You save at your own pace, and your credits pay for the work when you are ready.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you want a refund, we return your credit balance minus a small program fee. Many clients prefer to apply their credits to whatever scope of work fits what they have saved.
What if the price changes before my project starts?
We check in at milestones when your plan reaches 25%, 50%, and 90% funded to keep the estimate accurate. Before any work starts, we complete an onsite walkthrough to finalize the scope and price.
Can I change my monthly amount?
Yes. You can increase or decrease your monthly amount at any time to fit your budget. Contact us, and we will update your savings plan.
Can someone else contribute to my plan?
Yes. Family members or friends can contact us, and we can manually apply their payment to your account. A shareable payment link is coming soon.
